i recently went to spice and got the Mongolian deluxe which is potato, onion and bell pepper, tomato, broccoli, celery in a sweet and sour sauce. and then i added shrimp. the dish is mainly vegetables but the sauce was all over the plate. are there a lot of calories in the sauce??

i eat roast beef sandwiches for snacks all the time now hehe. got a pretty rough job so just get hungry from all teh physical work i do.
