I own a small restaurant and i want to sell it for 60K in Vancouver BC. I am trying to find out what agents charge / what the standard agent fees are for doing this

Before you automatically say yes, let me explain a bit further.

I was out on a date at about 8 in the afternoon at a small restaurant. The waitress never refilled our drinks unless prompted, got our order wrong, and gave us a burnt appetizer. We quickly finished our meal, but the waitress never seemed to come back with our check.

There were only 2 other groups in our section and in this time, she brought both their checks and cleaned their tables taking her sweet time. After about 20 minutes, we saw her come out once more to take a few remaining dishes off of the dirty table before casually walking off into the back once more.

At this point I was furious and stormed out the door, is what I did wrong?

So I work on sunday, and its the first time I have worked on a sunday. I’m a waitress at small restaurant. The problem is that I’ll be the only waitress working tomorrow, which is okay but I always have trouble with the rush. It will be dead then like 10 tables will come in at the same time! I don’t know how to deal with that! I’m supposed to give them a menu, get their drinks, take their order, then bring their food when its ready. But when 10 tables walk in how am i supposed to get everyone menus and drinks fast enough? I just want to know how to deal with a rush without freaking out? Any advice? (Im 15, I’ve been working here for 4 months.)

I’m not actually starting a restaurant, I just need this information for my school business plan. Does anyone know how much it’d cost in total to buy USED kitchen equipment? e.g pots, pans, freezers, refrigerators, stoves etc.

I would to know if it possible to have a small restaurant into a similar McDonal type of franchise. How much would that cost? where would I buy these materials and foods?

I really have been wanting to do this for awhile.I know exactly what type of food I want to serve and how I want to run my business I just don’t have the money to get started. i am a dishwasher at a small restaurant. after 2 days of working at the place i am asked to work both weekend days, where there is an average of 4 times as many dishes. to aid with this, there is always a 2nd person putting dishes away as i wash them, but he was not doing his job at all and i had to do it for him, so my boss would keep yelling at me to wash dishes when i had no more room on the shelf for the dishes that were not yet put away. after this, i knew i had a family vacation coming up and that i couldnt work one of the days that he had asked in advance. when i came in to reschedule he wasnt there, and the co-manager said hed take care of it for me because i didnt know the “guys” well enough yet to call them to take my place. well i called tonight asking what time i was working tomorrow and the co-manager told me they had taken my name off of the schedule and that i needed to talk to my boss about a certain “day that i elledgedly skipped”. i have to go in tomorrow to talk to him about this all, so if i am fired for these stupid reasons, would it be a bad idea to have fun by calling him “f*** face” or “captain f***ot” and flick him off or something? because he is a full on d**** bag and i have wanted to call him many of these things since day 1.
