ah,
i’m pretty sure im bisexual, 17 years old.
allthough i have only admitted this to a hand full of people, because if my parents found out, they would destroy me.
i find both men and women equally beautiful.
lot’s of really gorgeous guys have asked me out, and w,e..
im pretty shy though, so all my relationships have been fairly innocent.
for a while there, i thought i was straight, i stopped checking people out, and caring about love..
plus, im the type of person that acts real chill and collected in public, i like being the simple observer, analyzing everything.
i was at a family party last week, and this girl came out on stage, as part of a performance in the restaurant.
she was so incredibly beautiful,
its been a week, and i cant get her out of my mind, i dont know her name or anything, i was too afraid to approach her in front of my family members..
she has long dark curly hair, pale skin, perfect curves, beautiful facial features.
i cant stop thinking about this chick,
what do i do ?
i want her to just leave my mind..
:/
i have never actually had a relationship with a girl before though,
i kissed a few very passionately..
i’ve only truly had one long relationship with a guy.. (7 months)..
i’m so picky, i have never actually fallen for someone from the first sight of them.
idk what to do.

Until I left university making friends was so effortless its like I cant remember how I did it. I guess because I was around people I had something in common with and we instantly clicked.
Now after graduation we are scattered about all over the country and are at least 3-4 hours apart. Not the kind of journey you can do regularly without tiring yourself out or going broke over the train fares. In the last year I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve hung out at someones place, gone to the cinema with friends or out for a drink or meal.
I’m not saying I am a big party animal who wants to go out all the time but I really hate going home after work and sitting in night after night with no one to meet up with. I’ve tried making new friends but I don’t really seem to be making any progress.
I thought I’d make friends at work and although people are friendly they mostly have such long commutes that outside of work we are nowhere near each other. Making friends in my local town is hard as its a cold unfriendly place. My family have lived in the same house for more than 10 years and the neighbors don’t really talk to each other.
I tried joining clubs, or groups and I volunteer but the people I meet there aren’t really my type. Beyond the activity, we have nothing in common. My idea of fun is going to see a film or hanging out at someones place watching DVDs, theirs is going to a posh restaurant and having a serious conversation. Plus I cant afford expensive restaurants.
I’ve tried looking into where people like me tend to hang out in my area, bars, the library, cafes, but the problem is that I don’t think there are a lot of people like me. I don’t have a car so I can’t get to other places easily. I was hoping to find local friends. Its been more than a year and I’m worried I’ll never make any new friends

Just because this is really starting to bother me. All my family is.. is either they will bully you or it’s all about business. I don’t even know if there is time for love between.. Well I am mean that is just how things run. I have a doubt that my family is part of the mafia but I wouldn’t be suprised. This is what my grandma said to my momma. “so the mafia has a business a here and a this and that.” And here is what my momma said in return.. ” I don’t care, as long as we get candy.” C’mon. I know they are hiding it from me. I know it. I guess there are the white Gallucci’s and the darker Gallucci’s that got raped by black people to make thier babies white. My brother, my mom and I all at like we are mafian. But the thing is we are good people. My grandpa is Neopolitan. I for one get along with like every italian I will meet. So I don’t know what is being kept from me. Nothing? The only italians that never meet me eye to eye are sneaks and/or snitchers. I mean we are not that type of people. My brother and my mom are a little mean and can just bully anyone over business. I take my own way and I try to stay respectful. I said TRY. My grandpa moved here in 1889 and I don’t know if my grandpa came from Italy or what. He said the family moved here when it was a popular time for italians to move here. Yes I saw a what the italians in the mafia look like I am not so stupid to believe that just because of last names here we could be part of one.. when really we could I just don’t know. I mean I’m not like in a fucking mafia, I’m just saying my family is mafian. Totally not a big deal… My grandpa had a restaurant and I never saw a bad thing go on. He was in the war. So I want to know what the hell is being hidden from me when it’s said something about a mafia and mom strums to the beat as if we were part of it. They always do it and I am so sick of it.

Spit in your food
Make the food without washing hands
Sneeze on the food
Put drugs in it.
Etc
Oscar, may I ask where that remark came from?

I was wondering how much mobile/ truck restaurant licenses cost? And other things i might have to pay for to open up that business. I’d love to hear from people with experience in the business or people who know about it. Thanks!

The painting is dark - black, grey and white (the faces). The people are sitting down (or most of them) and the tables are round. The painting is almost two dimensional. The painting is I think from the 20s or 30s. There is not a lot of detail in the peoples faces and their heads I think were round and there was a lot of people in the scene. I dont know what nationality (although he could be European) the painter was and I think it was one of his early works. He has a page on wikipedia (if that helps?!) Any suggestion is welcome.

This is a true story. Just 2 days ago I was sitting in a mamak restaurant having dinner. The restaurant was crowded. Mostly, Indonesians, Myanmar, Vietnam’s and Malays having diner after buka puasa. I noticed a young Malay boy (around 18-20yrs old) and a young girl (14-15yrs old) came sat beside me. I saw she holding her stomach and rubbing with her hands. I thought may be she got period pains. The boy was talking cool on hand phone with someone. Then I saw, she put in some kind of tablet into her mouth and she went to the washroom which was just beside the kitchen area where the shop people cook. She didn’t come out for nearly 1hour. The boy was relaxing watching Star Movie in the shop. He never even worried or bothered what happen to his GF who went to toilet didn’t come out. Meanwhile, so many patrons going and knocking at the toilet door and went to report to the shop owner. Then, I saw the shop owner went and knocking at the toilet door ask her to come out. After 5 minutes, the pale an weak looking girl coming out walking slowly cam sat at the boy table and she was holding his hand and whisper a word ” DA KELUAR” let go. What do you think about this incident? Is it possible she could have given birth to a baby and thrown into the toilet bowl? Please comment?

My birthday is in a month’s time. how should i celebrate? should i even celebrate?
just about three of my new friends know when it is. the rest don’t know yet. maybe i should invite everyone(about 30 people) to go bowling that evening? or to a club? or to a casual restaurant for a bite?
should i just put up a facebook event?
i’m in university now and am studying in a new place far away from(in another country actually!) so i’ve got no family around.
Or maybe just hang out with my a few close friends at a pub?
PS-even if i invite all the 30-40 people i know it’s likely they won’t come since i’m not close to them. and they all hang out with different groups of people! i usually just hang out with four of them only(all separately).
10 minutes ago - 4 days left to answer.
Additional Details
Also, my birthday falls on a tuesday, which is a day where students have classes. we are all taking different subjects and courses.

If you have a family member or friend who is failing in health and has lost their ability to think as well as they used to, and you went to a restaurant and had the other patrons obviously staring at you, how would you feel?
When you see someone in public who is different do you stare and laugh, or do you go on about your day? I just don’t get it.
By the way, this individual speaks a little loudly (she is going deaf) but she does not do anything out of the ordinary. I think they just heard her comments. I am appalled. She did not even look over, just smiled at them. I still want to knock them out (real mature, I know). This was a few weeks back, I have been wanting to post this question.
She is not saying anything rude, but she does speak loudly.
I only care because this is not the first incident, and I thought people were raised to have more class.
I have loved her since before I knew what love was, and it bothers me when people cannot just turn their cheek. The majority of people are nice however, but the few leave me to wonder.
