Open Question: Where is this NYC Mexican restaurant at? Can’t remember..?

Saturday, September 18th, 2010

A couple of years ago I went to this Mexican restaurant in the city. It was two-story, very crowded, with small tables all next to each other. They had a happy hour, and mostly burritos on the menu, with a lot of vegetarian options. I don’t remember at all where it was located. Does anyone have any idea? (i realize a lot of places probably fit this description…sorry)

Open Question: Good NYC restaurant for 21st birthday?

Sunday, June 13th, 2010

I’m turning 21 in June and my mom is taking me to Bliss Spa in Soho. I was wondering if there are any cute restaurants in the area that we could go to. I’m looking for something that’s not too expensive but is unique, if possible. We both eat pretty much anything so the cuisine doesn’t matter. Thanks so much.

Open Question: need a nyc restaurant 22nd bday dinner 20 pple dinner/drinks affordable.. help!?

Thursday, May 27th, 2010

I’m looking for a place in New York to which me and maybe 20 friends/coworkers can go to have a good dinner with some drinks for my 22nd birthday. Usually when we go out we go to Dallas BBQ in Times Square because the food is good and affordable, drinks are good and affordable, and we can seat 15-20 people together and be fairly loud and comfortable for a while. I like that experience, but don’t want to go there for my birthday… I’d like to branch out a bit and have a different experience but am having a very hard time finding places that can accomodate that kind of group without charging us the moon and the stars. I’m searching through Zagat and New York magazine online but still haven’t really found anything yet. There has to be something; where do people go? Please tender any suggestions or recommendations you may have; I’m looking to do this next weekend.

Thank you for your help.
