When I apply for jobs I try to think about what the ideal time is to apply based on whatype of workers are usually there. I know supermarkets usually want to start hiring more workers in August for positions like baggers and cashiers as most of them during the summer are High school and college students. I companies prefer to have workers available before many employees leave, I understand retailers want more workers around thanksgiving and christmas so they can deal with the holiday rush. Restaurants and hotels are usually doing more hiring during tourist season. i know people do less traveling now. i know people still want to have a vacation. rather then going to bahamas they may just check in to a local marriott so they can leave their home and troubles for a while. restaurants may have less business but people still will go out to eat as it is a more affordable luxury. I know Movie theaters usually do well because people will use movies to escape reality for a while. People always go to concerts and sports games. Some businesses I know are probably will get more business now. Insurance is probably more attractive now as if you buy something of value like a house or car, or have a family you want to have insurance . I know banks are a necessity because unless you want to pay fees to cash checks you need to have a bank account. i know banks still loan. i have asked bank of america and chase if they loan. They say if your credit is good and you have the income to pay back they will.
I also know that when people are saying no one is hiring they are being pessimistic. I went to apply at a fast food restaurant and the manager said you came at an ideal time. I had two workers give 2 weeks today. when i ask Bank of america about jobs They always tell me they are looking for tellers. 90% of companies I ask are stating they have openings. I am asking retailers, Fast food restaurants, banks, Hotels, Insurance companies, convenience stores, security, Police, Fire department, Call centers, nursing homes, military, hospitals. I apply at many jobs everytime i apply for about 10 jobs I will get at least 2 companies interested in interviewing me. this week i have 5 interviews. I just miss 2 of them. last week I had 3. I know i am not getting interviews because i mess up on them. I interview with Best buy on a monthly basis. I have one tomorrow.

I want to say it’s behind a Marriott… though I’m not sure. It might be a Courtyard or it might just be some other random nice tall hotel. All I know is that the Japanese restaurant is behind the hotel. Or to the side of it, I dunno. It’s a relatively short walk away from the mall…. bah. I can’t remember. It was yearsss ago that I went there.
Does anyone know the name of it from this description?

I’m on the hunt for a restaurant/cafe that make perfect poached eggs in melbourne. I’m sick of going out to breakfast and being constantly disappointed. I want to poke them with my fork and see the yolk spill out, with the egg white perfectly cooked. The best I’ve ever found were at the Marriott on the Gold Coast. Pity the chef won’t move here.
Anyone know of any awesome cafes where I can get decent eggs?
