Open Question: I am doing a trial-run in a restaurant - so nervous… what can I expect?

Saturday, March 6th, 2010

It’s an Italian pizza/pasta place, I’m going Saturday night for a trial run. I literally went in, handed in my resume, and he said on the spot “come in Sat night for a trial run”. I have no idea what to expect! I have no experience, which he said was fine. He was one of those scary Italians who probably don’t mean to be scary but just are. And someone heard that a girl quit because they yelled a lot. Lol now I’m scared. I can’t deal with high pressure places like that. If it’s super busy I will DIE. I will sweat like crazy, become nearly overwhelmed, have a headache, and probably forgetful. What does a job like this enquire? I think it’s in the kitchen AND on the floor. I’m a nervous wreck!
Thanks. :)
