ok here the thing. ive been an employee of mc donalds for almost 2 years. the first store i worked at, i had trouble with a fellow employee. shes 17 turning 18.. im 18 turning 19.. ok well she began spreading rumors that supposedly she slept with me and two other employees. she didnt jus day that. but also began to ‘compar’ us, saying who was the best.. blah blah blah,. ok well i was about to get fired when i argued with a manager for helping spread those rumors. so, as soon as another store opened, i voluntarily transfered to the new store to avoid any further trouble, and to get away from that idiot girl.. ok well months afterwards, me and some friends went to a party saturday nigth, my two ‘girl’ friends were hungry so we stopped by that particular mc donalds.. ( oh and by the way one of those girls is an employee at that mc donalds as well.) .. by my bad luck, that girl was working graveyard, as soon as i pulled up to the first window and saw her i decided to avoid her, and just went to the scond window to speack with the manager, who was my friend. totally avoiding her, like she didnt even open the window so we had no contact wat so ever.. well next day that girl told the store manager that i went to mc donalds to harrass her.. and insult her.. that supposevly i always knew when she work, and that supposively i had gone to the store to harras her before and the manager kicked me out of the store. there is a manager backing her up.. but thing is that manager doesnt even work the same shift as her! now when i went to my store to work,, my store manager told me i was currently suspended until further notice for what she said. and that quote’ i have no choice but to terminate u”/.. based on false statements!!! ok id get if he suspended beacuse ive gotten in trouble before but nothing like that! first time, just a mild argument with my friend who is a manager, we worked it out, and well i was suspended for walking out.. nothing to do with this case.. second time,, some friends and i, went thru the drive thru and order food and left.. i was in the car, and well when the store manager asked me, i told the truth.. for some reason he appears to hate me.. when me and some friends go to wat at the store, he hascome up to us to tell us quote” i dont want to see u guys here understand? i dont want u hanging out here”.. and we responded ” but this is a public restaurant and were buying food”.. he told us ” i dont care, i can refuse service to anyone i want” we were outraged!!! i mean thats not legal or is it??? i mean its not like were causing any disturbance or disrespect!!! and i mean like the store manager has slept with an employee.. and some people in the store know that,, hes a freaking pedifile!! checks out all the little girls.. and like several people HATE him,.. so he fired me based on false statements.. and i mean,.. i went into depression,,,, i have bills to pay and he just fired me without giving me a chance to defend myself and prove him wrong.. so i wanted to see if i could sue mc d for what the manager did.. u know.. cause its not rigth.
