we’re classmates. i asked her out on friday night for dinner and she agreed. i did not tell her it’s a date or anything, just ask out. but in my head i wanted to know her more. same night later, i see her telling another guy on fb that they should both go to this same restaurant. so, I called her 2 days later to see what she’s up to and we agreed to go out again. i wanted to know if she has anything towards me or not. so after dinner as we’re talking, i asked her how many she dated before. she said she dated 4 and the last one is her current boyfriend who does not actually live in the same state. i acted cool and all but later i told her, why am i gonna ask u out alone at weekend for dinner if all i’m looking for is only friends? she felt bad about it and apologized for me. tbh, i think her accepting coming out alone with me while she is already in a relationship and she never mentioned it to me is kinda rude. however we’re both cool with now but what do u think of what happened anyway
the guy she asked out is not her bf, he’s another guy in school

Okay so I’m turning 13 on September 13, anyways I want to see a movie (Easy A) PG-13 on September 17 with like 5 friends, and then eat California Pizza Kitchen, except my mom wants to come along and watch the movie with us, and eat with us at the restaurant, I just want her to be at home, it’s weird because whenever I go to the movies with my friends, she lets me go by myself, but since it’s gonna be like a birthday movie thing, she wants to tag along with us, I lover her, but I just want some space with my friends on that day, she usually lets me do whatever. Can you help me persuade her to lemme see the moves with my friends without an adult?

. but i can’t seem to even get an interview or any replies at all whilst all my friends seem to get jobs
easily and also change jobs in the same places that i’ve applied for!

The guy I am interested in (I’m 19), and who I think may be interested in me (Age is foggy…I knew him way back when I was 16 working at a restaurant. He was somewhere between 21 to 23 then), is texting me now trying to get me to come over to his house at 1 am in the morning and spend the night…XD

I know that he went out to Applebee’s with his friends, so I’m assuming he’s probably at least tipsy…at least I hope so…I think I’d be a little offended if he was sober…I’m no booty call! whee

Conversation went thus…

After much talking about my car and other various things, I mention how I wanted to use my apartments hot tub since my back hurt, but I felt too intimidated by a group of guys down there to go alone…at night…in a bikini. x.x

He then replies with…

“True. Well we have a hot tub here at the pool and in the apartment. Just to add to the incentives to come hang out haha if u don’t work early I think you should come hang out, take my room and take full use pf the bathtub. It’s the least I could offer for someone who offered me chicken soup haha”

Since I’m pretty sure he’s tipsy, I wiggled my way out, giving excuses such as I needed to stay home to take care of my dog (which is true) but he keeps wanting to ride his bike over here XD If my assumption is right, I think bike riding is the last thing he needs to be doing LOL

So I met this woman tonight whom I talked to once last week over the phone.
The strange thing about it was that she texted me this morning asking me if I would
like to go to the airport with her to pick up her friends? I said sure….

so she gave me the address and I met up with her at her house for the first time.
So she drove to the airport and talked, got to know each other and picked up her friends (a couple)
and ended up at a restaurant.

So anyhow….then later we all got to her place and sat down and talked a bit more….till I finally came home.

So my question is, do you think she wants sex soon?
because it was a pretty strange way to meet for the first time….and we did get a long great….
and she tells me she doesn’t like to go out that much and likes to stay in more.
Her friends are going to be at her place for the next 4 days so I guess I will talk to her when they leave.

I have had a crush on my pal Mike for a while, its his 24th birthday soon and I was hoping maybe to get things started in terms of dating. We have been close and flirted a little, and yes he is single. I wanted to dress up for once I am frumpy, busy college student, we met while working at Starbucks.

So I was told by some of my friends that wearing red gets a guys attention or something. But does it sound desperate, I was going to wear a simple sun dress, its an outdoor party in the evening at a restaurant by the beach. I am not going to have my breast hanging out or some micro mini just a red dress and some sandals or heels

So is this red thing really true about getting a guys attention, or what are some other tips, I please ask no gross or mocking comments. Just some good advice and sharing of similar experience or knowledge, and what would be too much.

When I was in high school me and my friends used to constantly do what we called dining and dashing at dennys and other similar type restaurants, also when I was younger we used to food and all kinds of other things from grocery stores. I however don’t engage in any of those behaviours anymore. I am now in college and on Monday this week i accidentaly bought the wrong book for my introduction to Philosophy class and when I went to return it i got the other book for the class that i needed, I waited in the line with both books in my hand and it was really busy. When the girl called me to come up I gave her my reciept and asked to return it and she said i’d have to come back the next day because it was too busy and i forgot to have her ring up the other book and just walked out with both books. I didn’t even notice i had stolen it until i had walked about 20 feet out of the store. I even walked up to the kid at the front where they hold your backpack so you can’ put stuff in there. After I realized i stole it i felt kinda good because it was so sly I didn’t even know I stole the book. The book I stole is The Death of Socrates by Plato and when I started reading it what there talking about is basically about morals and ethics and doing the right thing. The first part is all about how Euphythro is prosecuting his own father for murdering someone who did terrible things. I felt kind of guilty after that, but after that I stopped feeling bad because Plato’s been dead for over 2,000 years and isn’t going to see a penny off me purchasing his book. They also over charge on those textbooks outrageously. So should I feel bad for stealing or should i feel good for sticking it to the man?

Here’s the story: I have known this guy since I was 16 (I am now 19), we met at a Japanese restaurant, my first job. He was the cool server in his early 20’s that everyone liked, and he was always very nice towards me, which is probably why I developed a crush on him to begin with. He told me once that I reminded him of an ex-girlfriend that he foolishly let get away, and told me another time, quite randomly, to never slack on improving my intelligence just because I was pretty, to always keep my mind sharp.

After he eventually quit, we ran into each other on a few random occasions, once in a K-Mart and another time at his new job managing a restaurant. Every time, he always seemed very pleased to see me. My graduation night, a couple of my older friends decided that they wanted me to come to a party of THEIR friends, since it would be my first night getting anything more than tipsy and they wanted to keep a close eye on me (protective little bunch…) He ended up being there, and actually was the one to notice me first and call out to me. He had a girlfriend at the time, but we talked and enjoyed each other company (this included me beating him in beer pong. My friends were proud.)

A few days later, he bumped into my friend at her job, and told her to give me his phone number, So we started texting each other. He told me that his girlfriend decided to go to college out of state and would be gone for 3 years. When I asked him if he was going to try to do long distance or just see what happens, he said the latter. He always mentions how sweet and thoughtful I am, and we even went and hung out together once where we drove around looking for a park for him to take pictures at. We didn’t find any interesting parks, but he did say repeatedly that we had a wonderful and relaxing time. (In fact, later that night, he kept texting me and saying he wished he had invited me to stay longer, for his roommates went out for the night and he was home watching a movie alone)

He doesn’t seem to mind making plans to hang out with just the two if us (though we haven’t actually gotten together since that first time), but he seems to dodge an invitations to hang out with my group of friends. Still, he texts me a good deal, not every day but every few days at least. He’s insinuated me giving him a back massage (”you don’t know anyone who can give me a back massage, do you?”"haha well, my friends boyfriend does that professionally!”"hmm…no good…I wish you knew girls who could give a back massage…”

I read into the signs and to me, it says “he’s interested!”, but then I stop and think…what if I am reading wrong? What if I am just an adorable little girl to him but nothing more? He has also called me “love” on two instances…though I think that is a friendly term to him…”thanks, love”"Good night, love, sweet dreams” What do you think??
