today was my boyfriends day off from work. originally we were supposed to go to an amusement park but he said he had a Drs appt at 440 pm that he had made on the fly and forgotten about. he said we could see a movie instead and that he’d be ready at 6:30 at the latest. after not hearing from him by 7:45 i called him and he told me i should head over to his house which is 30 minutes away and that we’d drive to a movie from there. i was about three quarters of the way to his house when he called and said the computers crashed at his familys pizza shop and that he needed to go in because he didnt want to trouble his brother to go.i said that was fine and family comes first. he said he’d be at my house at 10:30 at the absolute latest to pick me up to make up for ditching out on me last second. he never came and never called. i called him at 11pm and his phone was turned off so i drove by his restaurant and there was no one there and no cars in the parking lot it was completely empty. then i drove by his house at around 2 am and his car wasnt at home either…….
i only did all of this because he is constantly accusing me of being unfaithful and its usually the people who are unfaithful that are paranoid about their partners….so i texted him a picture of the empty parking lot and strangly enough he called 8x right after…after not acknowleding me all night

I’m meeting my fiancés parents for the first time to announce our engagement (They live in another country) and we’ll be having dinner at a formal/fancy restaurant (When I went there to book a date, all the guests wore very elegant long dresses/tuxedos). I bought this dress at a store and I like how it looks on me but need some extra opinions to convince me that it’s an appropriate one. I know this may seem like a silly question, but do you think my sister has a chance of becoming famous? Before you think I’m crazy, let me just give you the info. Ok, so she moved out to California about a year ago with an acting group she was in. The first thing they did when they got out there is put on a Performance in front of a group of agents, hoping to get signed. Well, the average acter got maybe 3 or 4 agent contacts….my sister got 13. So, she meets up with with each agent, haves a meeting, yahda yahda yahda. She gets an agent. She starts doing little acting jobs here and there, but the pay is not enough. So she works at a restaurant in Malibu to get some extra money. Anyway, one day she was waitressing for the screen play writer for the movie Avatar, yes the one with the blue people, and they start talking. Long story short, she gives my sister the number of the acting coach that worked with the acters in Avatar. Oh, and she is Brad Pitt’s acting coach for ALL of his movies. Anyway she sets up a meeting with the acting coach. She gets there and right up front, the coach says “I probably won’t like you, because I rarely like anybody. But…I’ll give you a shot.” So my sister did an audition, and well, this is what the coach said “I love you!” Haha, yea, Brad Pitt’s acting coach loves my sister! So now my sister is training with this coach AND Brad Pitt, that’s right ladies, in the flesh. (And I’m so excited because HE is paying for ME to fly out to LA for a week so I can hang out with them!!!) She already has her SAG card, so she is getting ready for auditions and such. Wish her luck!

…Where can we find a restaurant similar
to The Cup of Tea in Lynden, which I understand has closed and moved on somewhere else but is now just a shop selling teas, etc. We loved their tiny sandwiches and cakes and wonderful atmosphere.

Can anyone suggest anywhere else in the State? We will be wandering for one week and then staying in the timeshare at Great Links Resort, Homestead Farms Lynden for the second week. We are in the USA from 22 October to 7 November when we fly home. Any suggestions for something light (high tea)would be greatly appreciated.

The husband and I both want to take a much belated honeymoon to somewhere tropical with white sandy beaches etc in about a year (not particular about dates. Any time of the year will be fine.)

The problem is I can’t really research trips because I have no idea where the best place to go would be. I’m open to pretty much anywhere, from Hawaii to the Caribbean. We will not be taking children.
