Hello,
I will be travelling to London next summer, and I would like to know, possibly by the locals, a list of things that people like to do while visiting the city? Are there any popular attractions, shows, restaurants, hotels and things of that sort that I should know about since I am unfamiliar with the city?

So the other day, I walked inside the restaurant where I work and my boss sais to me, “Hey go in the kitchen and go see what Mikey is doing!” and I’m like “Ok..why?” and He’s like “Just do it. Go ask him what he’s doing.” So I agree to do it and walk in the back only to be greeted by a painful stinging sensation in my eyes and the smell of fumes. Then Mikey goes, “Hey! Don’t come back here. I’m degreasing!” So I walk back out of the kitchen and my boss is cracking up, but my eyes were REALLY burning and so I say, “I think I just went blind.” and He sais, “Nooo you didn’t..hahaha.”

Well anyway, I think this was really messed up. He was abusing his power over me. I’m there to do work related business. Yes, I’m not there to provide entertainment or to follow his orders. This guy is seriously on a power trip and my eyes burned for the rest of the night. After work, I even almost had to stop at the store to purchase eye drops. By the way, I’m a 19 years old female and he’s a grown man probably mid 30’s.

What should I do? What do you think about what happened?

Me and my boyfriend just wanna get away for abit so we thought camping was a good idea?
Also we would prefer it was near like a restaurant and entertainment or something?

I’m organizing a birthday dinner for my birthday who’s turning 22 and a few friends. I’m looking to a fun atmosphere (Oppas Tavern for example). It doesn’t have to be the best food in the world but not really bad either. The price has to be reasonable as well. Thank you!

So I am an amateur. I play ukulele and acoustic guitar and I sing. I want to start doing shows at like restaurants locally and just perform. What do I need to do? Do I need any extra special stuff? Just any tips? I’ve never done this before and I am ready to do it.

I’m looking for a place to celebrate my bday on Saturday with my 10 friends. I love Cuban, Spanish, and South American food and was looking for a place with some entertainment later in the night. I prefer Cuban the most. Anyone know of a good spot?
