The other day I went out to a restaurant with one other person, our waitress approached our table and asked what we were having to drink except she didn’t ask me. She looked at the person I was with and asked him. She absolutely would not look at me even though I was sitting right there next to him.
Every single time she came to our table, she would talk to HIM and not me. And no she wasn’t flirting with him or anything like that, It was general questions like “can I take these dishes out of your way?” do you guys want a refills?” ….etc, except apparently she didn’t want to ask me.

She is my age, (I’m 19) and the person I was with is 38. Did she not take me seriously? What does she think I’m a damn kid or something? Honestly I’m pretty pissed off about it.

my friends only want want to hang out strip clubs , go to this one restaurant and stare at chicks, or go to the mall and stare at chicks . i am tired of it .
i tell them to go out of town on a trip, go to some amusement park, some game place . but theyre like No….

those are the only friends i have and i kinda have hard time making other friends .. we are all 21-23.
how can i get them to go out more

I am a 15 year old girl, I have 5 siblings, 2 older, 3 younger. my youngest sibling is 2y7m old, his names Adam. last night the family went out for dinner with another family that my parents knew and we didn’t. it was at a fancy restaurant, the type where guys wear ties and chicks wear dresses. Adam was really quiet all night, he didn’t winge ONCE, he can talk properly, and have conversations with you, and that’s what he was doing with me and my siblings! the other family’s 2 toddlers did winge because their wasn’t a playground or anything like that. then the family that I’ve never met blames us for people complaining about the 2 toddlers throwing tantrums, saying that if Adam would’ve interacted with them they would’ve calmed down. Adam’s shy around new people, and doesn’t like noise, especially high pitched screams in a restaurant where people celebrate 50th anniversary’s and stuff.

Your thoughts on what the other family said about my 2 year old brother? i personally think it’s awful, and so are they, I don’t want to see them again.

btw: i get that all kids are different, Adam would speak at a bit over 2 and he NEVER screams, he sobs. the other family said that they weren’t going to take their toddlers because they wouldn’t cooperate.

Girl 1 - Short, curvy, brunette. Wears jeans, hoodies, sneakers. Likes to curse and watch football and listen to rock. Doesn’t take any crap, could pack a punch, and has a strong opinion about things. Laid back, doesn’t have an issue with anyone or anything. Plays instruments, has a passion for music. Would rather stay in and eat pizza watching horror or action movies than go out to a fancy restaurant. Likes comics and superheros and explosions and video games. Doesn’t really like makeup, hair products, or painted nails. Overall, she’s a guy’s girl, and a strong, independent woman.

Girl 2 - Basically the opposite. Very feminine, likes dresses, make up, hair products, nails, etc. Dreamed of their ‘fairytale wedding’ since they were young. Usually dresses up on average days. Would rather watch Lifetime than football. Likes wearing high heels, going shopping, talking on the phone, etc. Wants to talk about feelings in a relationship. Basically your average woman.

The reasoning behind this is, my friend and I were wondering about guys, and what their opinion on women is. Do guys usually go for the tough chicks or the average women? Would a guy want their wife to be their best friend and watch football (or whatever else) with them, or would they rather them have different, more feminine interests? I know all guys might think different about women. But honestly, would you rather have a feminine girlfriend or a one who’s a little more on the laid back side? I think you all catch my drift here, so I’ll leave you to answer.

Not that Girl 1 would have the EXACT same interests as you, but Girl 2 would have NO interest the same as you.

the place to go on friday nights here is the movie theater and hanging out at the restaurants and stuff around it. i always walk around with my buddies and i see a lot of cute girls in groups without guys but i honestly don’t know how to approach. would that be weird? i mean i like the lookies and eye contact and stuff but how do you just go up to them? idk. i just know how to do it 1 on 1 and in classrooms but not that good at public,
