Today i was in a parking lot when these 15 yr old girls came and pulled me out of the car by my hair and threw me on the ground and kicked me in the head . i have scrapes and bruises . i didn’t hit them at all im 14. i was with my older friends 19 ,18 . was i right not to fight back . my arm is all bloody . Stupid white trash girls ! i was in a restaurant parking lot and not many people where around . should i file a police report . i haven’t told my parents yet . I didn’t even know the girl that assaulted me but i did know the people she was with . We are both minors so would it be assault on a minor ? I am sore all over ! bad bruise on my back .What charges can i put against this girl ?
