He doesn’t like to go out and party like I do and he doesn’t understand why I feel the need to go out and get drunk and have fun with my friends. His idea of fun is going to boring museums unlike me whose idea of a good time is going to a wild party. I’ve been with him for the past 4 years and he hasn’t always been this way. When I first met him when we were freshmen he was actually a lot of fun but now that he’s 23 and a senior in college all he does is study and he’s irritated by my need to go out and have fun. At times he acts like he’s in love with me and can’t wait to see me but some times I wish he realizes that there is more to life then studying all of the time and trying to get into some stupid law school, you know? Plus he’s worse then my parents with the whole “what are you going to do with the rest of your life” crap since I work part time at a restaurant and that’s all I’m doing now (I’m supposed to be a senior like him but I was doing so awful in school that I dropped out). I love him a lot but now I realize how boring and annoying he is. Should I dump him for someone better?
