Open Question: I work in a family owned restraunt and the owner/boss grabbed my wrist really hard.?
So i work in a family restaurant and the owner grabbed me by wrist really hard when I put food on the plate wrong and told me I was NEVER to do that again or else I would be fired but when she grabbed my wrist it acutally hurt really bad. I dont know if that is considered assualt she had no right to grab me I don’t know what to do. Today she yelled at me because I told her what I had cleaned. She said I’m the boss you dont tell me what to do. I wasnt telling her what to do…I was telling her what I had done..
