Open Question: I am having my daughter baptised, but cannot afford to have a get together afterwards for everyone?
I would still like for everyone to get together. Can I put something in the invitation to the effect of “Anyone who wishes to meet at (restaurant) afterwards, we will meet up there at (time)”…..would that be common sense enough to explain to them that we would like to get together, but that its on them to pay for themselves??? Any ideas or suggestions will be very much appreciated!!!
A get together at my house is out cause it is under some serious construction….
