I went to a restaurant and a dish that used pesto sauce and it was creamy and cheesy at the same time. It was really yummy and now I want to know how to make it?

any ideas??? thanks!
By the way, the sauce had a lot of cheese, like mozzarella. But i’m not sure which one, i just know it would string out when you grabbed some pasta.
