Hi. We are the real estate agents of Re Max. Our names are Matt ******* and Shelby ******. The house we are showing is a first floor condo unit. It is a pretty nice sized home for a family of three or four. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one master bath and one detached from the second room. There is also a small laundry room and the kitchen and dining room is all open. There is also a small patio attached to the dining area of the kitchen and the master bedroom. This location is great for those of you who like to shop. It is located right downtown and is less than five miles away from a mall. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area and on a nice day are in walking distance. Also located right across the street is a nice dining area for breakfast and lunch. The garage to this condo unit is underground the whole building, but to get to your floor you have your choice of stairs or the elevator. The whole building consists of four floors, a front door, a key coded door, and a front lobby on the inside, and on the outside of the building it is red brick with beautiful landscaping in all of the surrounding area. Also on the outside of each unit there is a tiny deck, big enough to plant some flowers, a grill, chairs and a table.
