I just got a job at a restaurant. Im only 16 but I smoke cigarettes and I want to smoke during my breaks, but can I risk getting fired if a manager catches me? Also, my manager also smokes, but im still not sure how they would feel about it if they walked outside and saw me. Again, this is food service so Im not sure if it would be that big of a deal
Edit: Its definitely not a safety issue, as quite a few other employees smoke as well.
