Open Question: Wedding food menu help ?

Well i am getting married in 5 months and i need to sort out my food early because i am a rather fussy eater, and my fiancee isn’t. We have totally different ideas for wedding food, he wants the usually wedding food (the random posh food which only a few people actually like) and i like traditional food like burgers and chips. He says it isn’t wedding food and he wants something that you wouldn’t usually eat. So we have reached a compromise. We are sending our guests 2 different menus and they have to choose from the brides menu or the grooms menu. The starter and deserts are the same but the main meal is different.

His is the venues set wedding meal of beef and potatoes etc, But I live in the UK and my favourite restaurant is the harvester. But i don’t want a meal of the harvester menu i want the pasta dish they have in their salad cart. But this means i would have to arrange meetings with the harvester managers and possibly hire out some of their chefs, because i’m sure they wouldn’t want other chefs making their signature dish (they keep many of the recipes quite secret) But i’m not to sure how to go about this. Should i call up my local restaurant and meet with the manager or should i call the head office ?

My parents are divorced I’m an only child and I think my father might be gay??

He has this very close friend who’s a guy and they text all the time. sometimes he calls my dad late at night while he’s lying in bed and they talk for a long time.. they ALWAYS text and I’ve checked my dad’s phone.. that guy (let’s call him Byron) sends him texts like “Hey loved one, I miss you so much… love you can’t wait to see you”
He always asks question about me and I’ve never even met him..I asked my father why is he so interested in me and he said he’s dying to see me and that they are very close friends and Byron’s a really funny guy but it’s still didn’t answer my question. Byron is always updated and knows where we are because they always talk. We once went to the movies and Byron sends a text if we’re home already and how was the movie. We went to a restaurant - same thing.

WHAT THE FUCK?

I’m 14 years old and a girl I have nothing against homosexuals but I just don’t get it?? please help.

Hi,
My family and I are planning a big summer holiday to Disney world Florida next year and are already looking at villas. My question is what area would you recommend staying in that is close to good amenities including a well stocked supermarket and restaurants. I know that Kissimee is very popular but we have been looking at the area of Davenport which has some very nice properties. Has anyone stayed in this area? Any advice or recommendations would be very helpful as we have only stayed on International drive in the past.

Open Question: How to look HOT for a party at a restaurant?

Okay. I need some help here. I’m 14 and I’m going to a birthday party today at a pizza restaurant and there’s going to be a few of boys there who I don’t know. I’m not an idiot and I’m not going to start flirting/etc(I have little experience with boys and would most likely break my nose some way or another as a result of bad flirting XD) But I want to look good. I wear foundation, eyeliner on the top eyelid, mascara and concealer but can someone help me on how to just look Really good? I’ve already picked out what I’m wearing which is just some good jeans and a navy blue and green striped Topshop three quarter-length-sleeve jumper. Now my question is, what do I do with my hair, nails, how to make my makeup look better and different, etc? I dont wear eyeshadow. I just hate it. Except for some skin colored sparkles which I guess I’ll wear tonight. Also are black popsocks and black ballet flats okay for shoes? Would it look stupid if I wore grey plimsols with white laces with the outfit I have?
I know I’m probably over thinking this but I’d really like some help. ALSOO, how to like NOT be all nervous, awkward, shy.. or just act Stupid becuase of nerves when I’m around these people? They’re like my friend’s best friends.
Oh also hair. I cant tie it up or do one braid or even two because I look really bad when all of my hair is behind my head because I dont think my face is that pretty so without my hair its even worse. I have blonde hair with a really big side part, most of my hair is on one side if you know what I mean.
Its like boob-length.

Open Question: Celebrating 21st Bday!! Need advice on a Good, Safe First Drink!?

I am turning 21 soon and am going out to a nice restaurant for Dinner with the Family and wanted to know some suggestions about what a good first drink would be. I have had alcohol before, but not in the U.S. I have had Margaritas in Mexico and have had Wine, both Red and White in Italy, but nothing in the U.S since I am not legal yet. I am not a heavy drinker, and do not want to get ‘wasted’ on my birthday with the family. I want to try something new and fruity that does not have a bunch of alcohol. I will only be having probably 1 drink, just through dinner. Maybe a Margarita later since I know I can handle that.

Any Suggestions about a low key, fruity drink that will not get me messed up. I want to be able to enjoy my birthday and my 16 year old sister will be with me so I do not want anything majorly loaded.I am not a partier so no shots at all and nothing with an excessive amount of alcohol. Thanks.
